Taras Kramarenko

Taras is a master of vytynanka from Cherkasy region. Using paper he depicts Holodomor plots, images of different historical figures, folklore themes, landscapes etc. He became interested in making pictures from paper way back in his childhood. At present he teaches others this craft in the Children’s art studio.

Creative work

The thematic palette of the vytynanka master is very extensive: Holodomor, historical figures, folklore themes, landscapes, political satire … He has already created more than two hundred vytynankas.
