Nila Salautina

Nila is a master of straw weaving from Cherkasy region. From straw that she grows on her own she weaves women’s and men’s head-dresses, decorations, bags and flowers. Nila learned this craft from an old neighbor when in her childhood.

From rye straw this master weaves head-dresses, decorations, bags, pendants, flowers and other. She is constantly in search of new ideas for her Creative work.

Nila grows rye at her own plot of land.
