Larysa Kyrychenko

Creative work of this master from Sumy region is many-sided. She models from clay, embroiders, cuts vytynankas from paper, makes folk dolls and Ukrainian costumes. She also teaches children in the local art school all this. The master has a large collection of ceremonial rushnyks.

Larysa works in Sumy art school №29. She is the head of the arts and crafts department. The master teaches ceramics, embroidery, vytynanka, folk doll and folk costumes. “My students are constantly taking parts in every contest and festival; they win prizes at regional, Ukrainian and international contests”.

In her free time, Larysa likes to embroider wedding rushnyks and has a large collection of ceremonial rushnyks.
