Lyudmyla Protsenko

Lyudmyla is a master from Kyiv. She works creatively in several areas of folk arts: vytynanka, pysanka ornamenting, folk doll. This master’s handiworks, vytynankas in particular, were many times used for decoration of the capital’s stages during different art events.

Creative work

The master turns ordinary colored and white paper into ornamental compositions – vytynankas – using scissors. Her favorite theme is a cross, and her favorite image is a bird.

Lyudmyla is also occupied in ornamenting pysankas and making folk dolls. She conducts thematic master-classes for grown-ups and school age children.
