Dianah Novak

Dianah is a master of embroidery and bead-weaving from Bukovyna region. She creates rushnyks, women’s and men’s costumes in the regional style and traditional bead decorations to match them.

Creative work

The master embroiders table-cloths, women’s and men’s shirts in the Bukovyna style. Starting from 2008 she has been learning bead-weaving and mastering the basic techniques of bead braiding and weaving; she is also occupied in the reconstruction and restoration of ancient Ukrainian decorations. In future the master is planning to learn fabric weaving.
